Yes, everyone we worked with was amazing, but Caroline made wedding magic happen by bringing her amazing energy, organization skills and overall boss attitude to our planning process and actual wedding day. Everyone at our wedding raved about her and it’s clear why: she’s fantastic at what she does and is able to get sh*t done without ruffling feathers.
I had heard too many stories of couples dealing with logistics day-of or been at weddings myself where I’ve seen couples (especially brides) not enjoying the day because they were fielding questions from guests and vendors. I knew early on that was something I had absolutely no interest in and so I searched online until I came across someone in my area. Enter: Caroline, an expert with a bright (pun intended) personality who knows how to beautifully navigate people along with the behind-the-scenes work. I knew Caroline was right for me and my now husband when she mentioned she had almost hired our photographer but didn’t due to scheduling and listed off some of the resources that I loved — A Practical Wedding and the Bridechilla podcast.
We hired Caroline for week-of coordination and day-of management but she supported us way beyond that. She was especially critical in helping us weigh our options during the pandemic. With her guidance, we worked through a very stressful and scary situation that involved postponing for a year and then a few months before our scheduled date, rescheduling again and finding a new location due to local restrictions. In addition to all of that, she really encouraged us to let go and trust the process as we got closer to our actual day. The only reason we could do that was because we trusted Caroline to take care of it all.
From working with our friend who was officiating for the first time to coordinating the processional for our wedding party to managing the entire damn day, Caroline was a damn rockstar.

As someone who has both planned her own wedding, and who has worked in the wedding industry (as a videographer and an officiant), I'm a firm believer that the most telling reviews and recommendations come from other vendors. We see what's behind the scenes — things like the hard work that goes into making a wedding so special, or how other vendors handle challenges should they arise (something you really want them to be able to do well and seamlessly!).

Caroline helped me with a wedding speech I was asked to give for my best friend, who lives in America while I'm from Europe. I wanted assistance with avoiding any US-specific faux-pas, and in general a second, experienced pair of eyes on my first ever wedding speech. Caroline gave me lots of good advice, offering written edits on a draft, as well as direction and feedback on a rehearsal over skype. She was brilliant - patient, communicative and enthusiastic, and it felt like nothing I asked of her would be too much trouble. She was a pleasure to work with, and threw in some great advice on some other tasks I had been given, such as the hen party. The speech went very well, and Caroline helped me give the best possible version of it.

“Caroline helped us coordinate our day of execution. We had a clear idea of what we wanted our wedding day to look like, and she was fully in support of it. When we explained the order of events she said "Great, so who is doing 'x'? Where will we store 'y'? What will be the cue for 'z'?" She was able to look at our plan and find the holes we hadn't thought of yet, and make sure that we had solutions for all of them.
Of special note was her help with photos. I was not particularly looking forward to having to stand for an hour or more to take photos (I love my family but there are a lot of them), but Caroline kept track of who was on deck to have their photo taken next, and we were able to get through everything in about 45 minutes!
She is helpful, friendly, and motivated to make sure your wedding will be amazing. You won't regret hiring her!”
